• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

Pool-IQ is an AI-powered pool care assistant that helps you analyze pool test strip readings and provides recommendations. The Service is provided by My Garden Pool (DEMIL LLC) and is intended for informational purposes only.

4. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Subscription and Payment

Pool-IQ may offer subscription services. By subscribing, you agree to pay the fees associated with your chosen subscription plan. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided for the current billing period.

The materials on Pool-IQ are provided on an 'as is' basis. My Garden Pool (DEMIL LLC) makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

7. Limitations

In no event shall My Garden Pool (DEMIL LLC) or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Pool-IQ, even if My Garden Pool (DEMIL LLC) or a My Garden Pool (DEMIL LLC) authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
